Yes!
I know past readers of this Blog have been interested in Free Imaging software, and I want to let you know about a legitimate Free download available for Adobe Photoshop.
Okay, before you get too excited, this is not the latest version of Adobe Photoshop. Adobe is allowing free downloads of Creative Suite 2 (CS2).
Here is how Adobe explains it:
Adobe has disabled the activation server for CS2 products, including Acrobat 7, because of a technical issue. These products were released more than seven years ago and do not run on many modern operating systems; Adobe no longer supports them.
Now, I admit that their disclaimer could dissuade you from downloading the software, but it is an opportunity to have a version of Photshop for Free if you would like.
*PLEASE NOTE: I cannot promise this software will run on your computer
Here is what you will need to do.
- Log into Adobe with your Adobe account Click here.
If you do not have an Adobe account, you can create one. It’s easy. Click here
2. Next, click the link to the CS2 download Click here
3. Scroll down and select the language you require.
4. Select the operating system you have, MAC, or PC.
5. Install the software (this will take a few minutes).
That is it!
If you know of any other Free (legitimate) downloads of Adobe Photoshop, please message me and I will share it with everyone.

Unfortunately CS2 does not load on more recent MACs. But if you are using Windows this is a great piece of software. Don’t think that just because it is rather old that it is not worth having; CS2 does 99% of anything most photographers will ever need to do. All other CS2 products are also available to download free of charge from the same page.
