Picked up my camera yesterday and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the great job you did with the IR conversion. It has given my old camera a new life, I will enjoy using it again.

You all just completed my conversion about a month ago. The service was incredible. Your staff went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was handled in an excellent manner. The individual that assisted me was Daniel and he should be commended on his outstanding customer service. I can’t think of any other time that I have received better customer service from an individual.

I opened the box, put the camera in auto-everything mode, drove down the street, and took three images. I know that’s not the way to do it but I was so excited to have the IR camera and took my first ever IR photos.
Things will only get better from here thanks to all of you.
I will be placing my order tonight, and will be shipping my D60 to you on Thursday. It has been a long process to finally decide exactly what to order, and I could not have done it without the assistance of Daniel. I am VERY impressed with his knowledge of your products and his patience in explaining it to a novice like me. I had many, many questions that needed to be answered, and Daniel always took his time, listened carefully, and provided the information I needed. He was very receptive to some of my suggestions (like getting a sample Nikon RAW file on your website), and went to great lengths to review the White Balance in camera vs. adjusting WB in NX2.
